Footbaths are a great way to relax and soothe tired feet. However, if the panel on your footbath becomes damaged or needs to be replaced, you will need to know how to dismantle it. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to dismantle a footbath panel:

Tools and Materials Required:
Phillips screwdriver
Flathead screwdriver
Putty knife or plastic pry bar

Steps:

1. Unplug the footbath from the electrical outlet.


2. Remove the screws from the bottom of the footbath.


There will typically be four to six screws located around the perimeter of the footbath. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws.

3. Carefully separate the top and bottom halves of the footbath.


Once the screws are removed, you should be able to gently pull the top half of the footbath away from the bottom half.

4. Locate the screws that secure the panel to the footbath.


There will typically be two to four screws located around the perimeter of the panel. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws.

5. Use a putty knife or plastic pry bar to carefully pry the panel away from the footbath.


Be careful not to damage the panel or the footbath.

6. Once the panel is removed, you can replace it with a new one.


To do this, simply reverse the steps above.

Tips:
If the panel is stuck, you can use a small amount of WD-40 or a similar lubricant to help loosen it.
Be careful not to overtighten the screws when reassembling the footbath.
