Instructions:

Step 1: Cut out the pieces.

From the fleece fabric, cut out two rectangles that are 20 inches long by 12 inches wide. These will be the outer layer of the hat.

From the flannel fabric, cut out two rectangles that are 18 inches long by 10 inches wide. These will be the lining of the hat.
