Getting Started1. Remove the battery cover and insert four AA batteries.
2. Attach the cuff to the monitor.
3. Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor.
4. Rest your arm on a table so that the cuff is at heart level.
5. Press the start button.
6. The monitor will inflate the cuff and measure your blood pressure.
7. The monitor will display your blood pressure reading.

Using Your Monitor* To take a blood pressure reading:
1. Sit in a comfortable chair with your feet flat on the floor.
2. Rest your arm on a table so that the cuff is at heart level.
3. Press the start button.
4. The monitor will inflate the cuff and measure your blood pressure.
5. The monitor will display your blood pressure reading.
* To view stored readings:
1. Press the memory button.

* To delete stored readings:
1. Press the memory button.
2. Press the delete button.
3. The monitor will delete all stored readings.

Troubleshooting* If the monitor does not turn on, check the batteries.
* If the monitor does not inflate the cuff, check the cuff connection.
