Introduction

Thank you for choosing our wrist blood pressure monitor. This monitor is designed to measure and record blood pressure and pulse rate at home. Please read this manual carefully before using the monitor and keep it for future reference.

Product Overview

The wrist blood pressure monitor consists of the following components:
Wrist cuff
Display unit

Safety Precautions
Do not use the monitor if you have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device.

Do not use the monitor if you are pregnant or have any heart or blood pressure problems.

Getting Started

1. Insert the batteries into the battery compartment.
2. Connect the wrist cuff to the display unit.
3. Sit in a comfortable chair with your back supported.
4. Rest your left arm on a table with your palm facing up.
5. Position the wrist cuff on your left wrist, about 1 inch above the wrist crease.
6. Tighten the cuff snugly but not too tightly.
7. Press the start button.

Using the Monitor

1. The monitor will automatically inflate the cuff and start the measurement process.
2. The display will show the blood pressure and pulse rate readings.
3. The monitor will deflate the cuff and turn off automatically.
4. You can store your blood pressure readings in the monitor's memory.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any problems using the monitor, please refer to the following troubleshooting guide:
The monitor does not turn on: Check the batteries and make sure they are inserted correctly.
The cuff does not inflate: Check if the cuff is connected properly to the display unit.
The cuff is too tight or too loose: Adjust the cuff to fit snugly but not too tightly.
The readings are inaccurate: Check if you are using the monitor correctly. Make sure you are sitting in a comfortable chair with your back supported and your arm resting on a table.
